We have sought to make this process as simple as possible.  Our database of geographic regions, bodies of water, and species has no equal on the Internet.  If, however, you do provide service for a specific region, body of water, or species that you do not find in our current database during your registration process, please include it and we will make sure that (upon verification by our staff) it is added into the database.

Note: All registrations are reviewed for appropriate nature and accuracy before being promoted to "live" status in the database. All registrations will be updated and confirmed with you via e-mail with 24 hours of submission.

Due to the nature of this service and the fact that by signing up here your business will be located on many of the top web sites in the outdoor industry. We have provided information and helpful hints thoughout the registration process. WildernessPros gladly accepts Visa™ and MasterCard™ directly on its Web site  Furthermore, any credit card registration can be set up on a month-to-month* ($25 per month) or yearly ($249/year) subscription basis.  The entire payment process takes place on a secure server that is 128 bit encrypted (data is completely scrambled) so as to protect your information.  For those who are uncomfortable transacting business on the Internet, feel free to call us with your credit card information, or make checks (Business or Personal) payable to WildernessPros, Inc. and mail to the following address:

The following pages will guide you through a simple sign up process in which you will provide information about your business and services.

There are "Next" and "Back" buttons at the bottom of each page for easy navigation, and you can use your TAB key to move between fields on each page.  At the end of the sign up, you will be given the chance to review all the information you have provided.

At any time after your initial sign-up, you will be able to access your listing and update your information.  All new sign-ups and updated information in your listing will be reviewed by WildernessPros staff before being made publicly available for searching and viewing on this site.  In most cases, additions and changes will take place within one (1) business day.

As a Guide, Lodge Operator, and/or Charter Captain I do hereby certify the following…

• I will seek to provide my guests with the utmost in service, safety and value.
• I will never knowingly deceive or mislead a potential customer/outdoor adventurer regarding my price and/or services for the sake of getting their business.
• I will seek to inform any potential customers as to the events that can possibly effect their experience that are beyond my control such as weather, unavoidable injuries, lack of game/fish, etc.
• I will seek to keep my information regarding business offerings up to date so as to help avoid any miscommunication and misunderstanding on the part of the "would be" adventurer(s) who may contact me via my listing on the WildernessPros Member Network.
• I understand that failure to comply with the above statements will result in my business being permanently removed from the WildernessPros (and partner companies) database.*

WildernessPros, Inc. management reserves the right to deny service to any individual, group, or business for any reason(s) it may deem appropriate including, but not limited to offensive content or links, inflammatory statements or actions, questionable business practices, etc. Said individual, group, or businesses will be notified of any such decision in writing within five (5) business days of such a decision by the management of WildernessPros. Review of any denial of service decision and/or reconsideration of the individual, group, or business is solely at the discretion of WildernessPros management.

*Removal from the WildernessPros database for failure to comply with the Guide, Lodge & Charter Service Agreement will result in the forfeiture of any moneys provided on either a month-to month or yearly subscription basis.  If on a month-to-month basis, any and all billing will cease immediately from the date of determination.  Removal from the database will be done in the case of complaints being filed against the network member and the validation of that complaint by an authorized representative of WildernessPros, Inc.  All such action is at the sole discretion of WildernessPros, Inc.
